Funding for the Northside: Hwy 53 (Round 2). Jenna Dinkel (Associate Planner, City of La Crosse) joins us to talk about funding available to improve Hwy 53 as the DOT re-assess the transportation plan for this corridor (the other two Highways are happening as well, just separately). 

There's funds to pay for art/artwork, fencing, landscaping (planters), trees, lighting, signage, noise barriers, railings, multimodal amenities, roadway features such as raised crosswalks, colored crosswalks, etc
