The City of La Crosse hired ISG to create a master plan for Copeland Park, which has never had a comprehensive Master Plan in its 113-year history. ISG expects to have the plan done by mid-July.
ISG wants to hear from you to ensure it is considering all options, then develop a plan with refinements and recommendations including an implementation plan with clear funding opportunities and partners identified.
The park plan will not only look at what is within the park boundaries, but its regional context too, considering neighborhood impact, transportation, equity, resiliency and sustainability and other factors.
